Danny joined Joint Replacement Specialists as a Physician Assistant in October 2010 with over 5 years of experience. He received his undergraduate degree in athletic training from Marshall University, his Masters in Allied Health from Nova Southeastern University, and his Physician Assistant training at Nova Southeastern University. Danny assists Dr. Peak in surgery and at the hospitals, and sees patients in the office several days per week. Danny and his wife enjoy traveling and cooking.
Jeff joined Joint Replacement Specialists as our Practice Administrator in October 2010 with over 17 years of experience managing healthcare and financial institutions. He received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration at UNC Chapel Hill and his Master of Business Administration from Appalachian State University. A Hickory native, Jeff is involved in many community organizations including the Rotary Club of Lake Hickory and Western Piedmont Medical Professionals. He has two children and works regularly officiating youth and high school soccer games.
Mike established the Physical Therapy department at Joint Replacement Specialists in May 2008. He came to us with 10 years experience and a broad background in physical therapy. Mike received his undergraduate degree from UNC-Charlotte and his Masters of Physical Therapy from Western Carolina University. He is a native North Carolinian, and he and his family have lived in the Hickory region since 2000.
Heather joined the Physical Therapy Department at Joint Replacement Specialists in 2009 as a Physical Therapy Assistant. She completed her Physical Therapy Assistant Training in 2008 at Caldwell Community College in Hudson, NC. Heather works closely with our Physical Therapists in treating and educating patients in our office.
